By using the website or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.

A subscription gives you access to live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet to compatible devices, for the period you pay for.

Channel line-ups, content libraries, event coverage and features can change at any time, for example when broadcasters change their schedules. We do not promise that any particular channel, event or title will be available.

You need a compatible device and a stable internet connection. You are responsible for their cost and for keeping them working.

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Each subscription lets you stream on up to the number of connections you bought at the same time. Using more connections than you paid for is not allowed.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

• Prices are shown in US dollars under plans and pricing at the time you order and depend on the package and number of connections you choose.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance for the full period. Unless your checkout says otherwise, they do not renew automatically; to keep watching, renew before your period ends.
• You pay any fees your payment provider or network charges, including cryptocurrency network fees.
• We may change prices for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the laws of the country where you use it.
• Copy, record, rebroadcast, redistribute or publicly show content from the service, or use it for any commercial purpose.
• Share, sell or rent out your account or connections.
• Bypass or interfere with the security of the service or its connection limits, or reverse engineer any part of it.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools on the website or service.
• Harass or abuse our staff or other users.

You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you live.

The website, including its design, text, graphics and our logo, is owned by or licensed to us. Channel names, programme titles, league and team names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners.

During your subscription you have a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for private, non-commercial viewing. No other rights are granted.

The website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, such as payment providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We work to keep the service running, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control, such as network or broadcaster outages. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service.

We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you break these Terms, commit or attempt fraud, file an unjustified chargeback, or if the law requires it. You may stop using the service at any time. Any refund follows the Refund Policy linked above.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law. Our website disclaimer covers channel availability, trademarks and external links.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will give notice on the website or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Apollo TV is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
