Apollo Group TV Not Working? Fix Buffering, Freezing & Blank Channels

Last updated

Nine times out of ten, Apollo TV problems come from one of four places: the internet connection, the player app's stored data, a login detail, or a plan that has expired. Work down this page in order and most people are back to watching in a few minutes. If nothing plays on any device, message us on WhatsApp or email support@apollotv.us.com and we'll check the line from our side.

0160-second checks

  1. 01

    Switch channel

If other channels play, it's that one feed. Try its backup version (HD, FHD or a second listing) or come back later.

  2. 02

    Test another device

If Apollo TV plays on your phone but not the TV, the problem is the TV's app or connection, not your account.

  3. 03

    Restart everything

Unplug the router and the streaming device for 30 seconds, then power the router up first.

  4. 04

    Check your plan's end date

Expired plans stop loading channels and may show 403. Renew Apollo TV and you're back right away.

03Stop Apollo TV buffering

  • Plug the TV or streaming stick into the router with an Ethernet cable if you can. On a Firestick, an Ethernet adapter makes a big difference.
  • On Wi-Fi, connect to the 5 GHz network and move the router closer or out of a cabinet.
  • Pause other heavy traffic (game downloads, cloud backups, 4K streams on other screens).
  • Pick an HD version of the channel instead of 4K if your speed is borderline. As a rough guide, HD needs 10 to 15 Mbps steady per screen.
  • Increase the player's buffer size if it offers one (IPTV Smarters and TiviMate both do).

Buffering on every channel and every device at the same time, even on a fast connection? Tell us on WhatsApp; that points to something on our side.

04Apollo Group TV not working on Firestick

  1. 01

    Free up storage

Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications. Uninstall apps you don't use; Fire TV gets sluggish when storage is nearly full.

  2. 02

    Clear the player's cache

In the same menu, open your player and choose Clear cache. Avoid Clear data unless you're happy to sign in again.

  3. 03

    Restart the Firestick

Settings → My Fire TV → Restart.

  4. 04

    Reinstall if needed

Uninstall the player and reinstall it using the steps in the Apollo Group TV Downloader code guide.

05App stuck on the startup screen

If the player hangs on its logo or a loading screen right after launch, clear its cache, then restart the device. Still stuck? Remove the Apollo profile inside the app and add it again with your login details; this forces a clean playlist download. Very old player versions can also stall after a server change, so make sure the app is up to date.

06Is Apollo Group TV down right now?

Third-party "is it down" sites track lots of different Apollo-named services, so their status rarely applies to your line. The quickest real check: if channels play on a second device or network (try your phone on mobile data), the service is up and the issue is local. If nothing plays anywhere, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm what's happening.

07Still not working?

Email support@apollotv.us.com or message us on WhatsApp with your device, player app, a photo of the screen and what you've tried. If we can't get Apollo TV working on your device, you're covered by the 7-day refund policy. The customer service page lists what helps us fix things fastest.
