Privacy Policy

Last updated

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Apollo TV ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or use our streaming service, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.

01Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and support the service:

  • Contact details you give us, such as your full name, email address and phone number when you fill in a sign-up or contact form.
  • Subscription details, such as the package, number of connections and service period you choose.
  • Payment confirmation details, such as a transaction reference. Payments are handled by the provider you choose (for example Bitcoin, Shakepay or Cash App); we do not receive or store your full card or wallet credentials.
  • Technical information your browser or device sends automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
  • Messages you send us by email, live chat or WhatsApp when you contact support or place an order.

02How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and subscription.
  • To confirm payments and prevent fraud.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send service messages, such as activation details, renewal reminders and important changes.
  • To protect the website against spam and abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

04Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the website and service, such as hosting, security and email providers, who must protect it.
  • The payment provider you choose, to process your payment under its own privacy policy.
  • Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.
  • A buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold, in which case this policy keeps applying to your information.

05Third-party services on this website

Some features are provided by other companies, which may collect information directly from your browser under their own privacy policies:

  • Crisp runs the live chat window on this website. Your messages and basic technical details are processed by Crisp so we can reply. See the Crisp Privacy Policy.
  • Trustpilot displays our customer reviews. See the Trustpilot Privacy Policy.

If you order or ask a question through WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are handled by WhatsApp under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We keep those messages to process your order and support you, as described above.

Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on a public blockchain. Details stored there are visible to anyone and cannot be changed or deleted by us.

To learn how we use cookies, read our Cookie Policy.

06How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: generally for the life of your account and a reasonable period afterwards to handle questions, refunds or disputes, and longer where the law requires us to keep records. After that we delete or anonymise it.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account details private and tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has used them.

08International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, which may have different data protection laws. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, for example the EU or UK (GDPR), Morocco (Law No. 09-08) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Have your information deleted.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To use any of these rights, email support@apollotv.us.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will reply within the time the law allows. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

10Children

Our service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@apollotv.us.com and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will give notice on the website or by email.
